and yet, despite robust evidence that joy is a crucial ingredient for a life well lived, so many of us still struggle to prioritise it. maybe that’s because we don’t have enough time. maybe it’s because we don’t feel worthy of joy. maybe we’re stuck in old patterns. maybe it’s because the chaos of life means we can’t actually identify what would bring us joy anymore.
