Thrive in 2025 is a 3 month 1:1 coaching programme designed to help you create a joyful vision for 2025, create a plan and set goals that feel great to you, and start taking inspired and consistent action.

Over the course of 5 one hour sessions, I’ll use tools from positive psychology to help you figure out what brings you joy, identify the changes you want to make and build a positive and resilient mindset that will help you to make 2025 your best year yet.

  • The purpose of the coaching relationship is to support you, the client, in defining and achieving your goals. Coaching is a collaborative and flexible process - unlike with mentoring, you won’t be given any answers or advice, but you will be supported to find the answers within yourself. 

    Coaching is a non-therapeutic intervention intended for clients who wish to enhance or maximise their performance or life satisfaction, or improve their work or personal situation. 

  • All of our calls will take place via Zoom.

  • Yes! I’ve worked with clients all over the world and have availability that works for most timezones.

I’m so glad you asked! I’m Sophie, and I’m a certified coach and positive psychology practitioner with over 600 hours 1:1 coaching experience. I’m here to support you on your joyful journey with personalised coaching tailored to exactly what you need.

I believe in providing a safe, positive space for you to open up and figure out exactly what will bring you more joy. Our coaching sessions are a judgement-free zone, and my approach is both research-informed and down-to-earth. My goal is always to support you in whatever will help you transform, thrive and flourish.

I’m committed to practicing coaching in an ethical and informed manner and I prioritise my own continued professional development and coaching supervision so that I can always do the best by my clients. I’m also a published researcher in the field of coaching psychology, so you can trust that my practice and approach is always aligned with the most recent knowledge in the field.
