Introducing: #100daysto2020 - a project to help you end 2019 on a high

100 days to 2020.png

On Monday 23rd September, there will be just 100 days standing between us and 2020. How are you gonna use them?

At this time of year it’s tempting to admit defeat. To let the last few months of the year run away with us. To put all of our hopes and dreams on the backburner, ready to pick them back up again once January arrives.

But there are still over 100 days left to go before the new year and the new decade roll around. What if you used those 100 days to get started on your goals? What if you used those 100 days to build some great habits? What if you used those 100 days to level up?

How amazing would it feel to get to New Year’s Eve feeling proud and excited, rather than burnt out and exhausted? How amazing would it feel to start a new decade with direction and purpose, rather than a big old case of the January blues?

Enter #100daysto2020.

What is #100daysto2020?

#100daysto2020 is a project that’s going to help you make the most of these last 100 days. Designed to harness the power of focus, positivity, and small daily actions, it’ll help you to end the year feeling proud and optimistic, rather than tired and directionless.

How does it work?

When you sign up to #100daysto2020, you’ll be invited to join a private Facebook group. Starting on Monday 23rd September, I will share a new prompt in the group every day for 100 days, finishing on Tuesday 31st December.

The prompts will vary each day, but will include questions to ponder, small exercises to complete, and mini lists to make. They are designed to help you think about your vision for the future, the changes you’d like to make in your life, and the habits and actions that will help you get there. Each prompt will take between 5-20 minutes to complete so that they can be easily slotted into your day.

Each week the prompts will be based around a core theme (eg, values, confidence, gratitude, time management) which I will share with you in an email each Sunday. The email will contain some context around the theme, and an audio episode where I’ll chat to you about how the theme relates to success and progress and what you can expect from the week ahead. A sort of mini podcast episode just for #100daysto2020 project members, if you will.

How much does it cost?

The #100daysto2020 project costs £30. That’s just 30p a day!!!

What exactly do I get?

  • Access to a private Facebook community group

  • 100 daily prompts to inspire focused action and change

  • 15 weekly emails from me containing an audio pep talk episode

  • Support from me in the Facebook group to help keep you on track

Who is #100daysto2020 for?

  • Anyone who is determined to finish 2019 on a high

  • Anyone who wants to get clear on their direction and purpose for 2020

  • Anyone who perhaps hasn’t made as much progress with their personal and professional goals as they would have liked this year

  • Anyone who could benefit from some gentle support and encouragement

When does it start?

The first email will land in your inbox on Sunday 22nd September, and the first daily prompt will be shared in the group on Monday 23rd September.

When do I need to sign up by?

FAQs

Do I have to have Facebook to take part in this project?

Unfortunately, yes. There isn’t an alternative platform out there at the moment that allows me to share the daily prompts while also getting to chat and support you guys in a group format.

I’m already super busy, will I be able to keep up?

Yes! The prompts have been designed to easily slip into your day to day life, so they won’t take a huge amount of time. Small daily action can create big change, and that’s what we’ll be harnessing with this project.

I’m not based in the UK, can I still take part?

100% YES! No elements of this project are impacted by timezone, so as long as you have access Facebook, you should be able to join in from wherever you are.
