I believe that one of the most impactful ways we can build that sense of self-knowledge is through journaling, and I’m not the only one - research has shown that writing about our lives can boost our wellbeing, help us to manage stress, and improve our self-awareness, allowing us to learn and grow from our experiences.
But it can be hard to know where to start. To know what to write about. To know how long to write for. There can be so many questions and barriers that we end up putting off journaling, or starting and struggling to build a consistent habit.

What is Journal Your Way Home?
In a nutshell, Journal Your Way Home is a daily journaling project lasting the whole of 2024. When you enrol, you’ll receive an email from me each day sharing a prompt for you to reflect on in your journal. The prompts will be shaped around core themes that will help you get to know yourself better - things like your hopes and dreams, identifying your values, discovering your spark, reconnecting with your inner child, and so much more.
You will also get access to four journaling workshops, scattered throughout the year, where I’ll share tools and best practice, as well as answering any questions you might have.
If you’ve ever wanted to start a journaling habit, this is a great place to begin - no scratching your head wondering about what to write about, you’ll have a well thought out prompt to explore each day, developed by me, a qualified positive psychology practitioner and regular journaler of 5 years.

Yes! You’ll receive one prompt a day, but how much time you spend journaling on that prompt is completely up to you. I’m a big believer that it’s better to do something than nothing, so there are no rules around how much you have to write.

100% YES! No elements of this project are impacted by timezone, so as long as you have an email address, you should be able to join in from wherever you are.

No, you can submit any questions in advance, and all sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch back in your own time.
