Informed by 7 years of work as a qualified coach specialising in the joy and wellbeing space, More Great Days Club turns positive psychology research into a daily habit.
Designed to support you without overwhelming you, it includes:
- Quarterly check in workshops, so you can focus on what matters (to you – not to someone else’s version of success) 
- Monthly goal setting workshops, so you can stay on track to build those habits 
- Weekly topical pep talks (which might take the format of journal prompts, podcast episodes, essays, mini video guides and more) 
- Slack channel community, to get to know your fellow clubmates and share your updates, recommendations, questions and more

More Great Days Club is all about creating a lifestyle that sticks, so when you join you’re signing up for a year’s membership. You can either pay for the year in full, or split the cost across a 12-month payment plan - either way, you’ll be safe in the knowledge that you’ve prioritised yourself for a whole year, amongst fellow club members who are in for the full ride too.

November 25th - 8pm - Preparing for your most joyful festive period yet
We’ll use the GREAT framework to explore how you can make this Christmas a really joyful one.
December 8th - 8pm - End of year review workshop
An opportunity to pause, reflect and celebrate all that we’ve achieved in 2025, before looking ahead to the future.
So, how will we be working towards More Great Days?
Every element is designed around our framework of what makes days GREAT: 
Gratitude → noticing what’s good so joy becomes your default lens
Relationships → nurturing meaningful connections that fuel you
Embodiment → tuning into your body to find balance and presence
Action → taking intentional steps toward what matters most
Time Out → giving yourself permission to rest, reset, and recharge
We’ll focus on these five elements across everything, with prompts and activities backed by science but informed by reality. This means that there’s no curriculum you have to crush or targets you have to meet, but instead a space for exploration and empowerment, supported every step of the way.

Quarterly check in sessions
Every 3 months we have a bonus session that’s all about checking in and reflecting. These sessions help us stay on track with our goals, notice what is and isn’t bringing us joy, and help us to make change that feels great to us.
Monthly goal setting workshops
We take the latest exciting research in the field of positive psychology and well-being and break it down so that it’s really practical and totally accessible. This means you understand not only the what but the how and the why too, meaning it’s completely ready for you to start making positive changes.
Every month is based on a different theme, selected to support you in living your most joyful life as we move through the year.
Community & connection
Outside of our workshops and calls, we stay connected via a private slack channel, where we check in, support each other and celebrate our wins. Being around like-minded people is such an important part of making any change, and our community is one of the most genuine, joyful and supportive around.
Hi! I’m Sophie: qualified coach, positive psychology practitioner and bestselling author of Choose Joy and The Hustle Cure. I help individuals and organisations to flourish and thrive by finding more joy.
I hold a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology, host the chart-topping podcast, Practical Positivity, and have over 600 hours of coaching experience. I’ve had the pleasure of working with organisations such as the NHS, Tony’s Chocolonely and Method to help them bring joy back to the workplace, and my expertise is regularly cited in the national press.
I’m also a mum of 2 young kids, a voracious bookworm and an avid adventure-seeker. The simple joys are my favourite - in-jokes with friends, cooking for my loved ones or stomping around in the great outdoors. I’m a proud notherner, I get a kick out of building communities and I’m physically incapable of small talk. Welcome to the club!

      Our goal setting workshops will take place at 8pm on the first Wednesday of each month. Our quarterly reflection sessions will take place on a Monday evening once every 3 months.

      Absolutely. The anchor workshops require one hour a month, and the weekly prompts are bite-sized and accessible. You never know, it might even help you slow down (if that’s what your version of joy looks like – if not, full speed ahead. We’re here for that too!)
