50 ways to find joy

We’re led to believe that we need the big things in life to be happy. We think we need the shiny jobs and the big houses and the perfect partners, but the truth is that real happiness is born out of doing things that bring you joy every single day.

Having goals to strive towards is key for our wellbeing, and things like holidays, family get-togethers and special occasions are incredibly nourishing parts of life.

But what I want to remind you is that they’re not the main part.

What we need to give more attention to is raising that baseline level of happiness, so that when that spike is over, we don’t have as far to fall. And the way that we do that? By building a joyful everyday.

In this mini guide, I share the 50 ways you can start finding everyday joy!
