The last stretch of the year is here. Let’s make it count.
It’s not too late to start that new project. It’s not too late to start prioritising your health. It’s not too late to learn something new. It’s not too late to apply for a new job, or have more adventures or finally learn how to slow down. It’s not too late to make 2023 the year you wanted it to be. It’s not too late to end the year feeling proud.
At this time of year we have a choice: give up and wait for the next new year to roll around, or get intentional and make the last four months count. There's still a third of the year left - use that time wisely and you can be ending 2023 feeling pretty damn proud of yourself.
As an expert in positive psychology and behaviour change, I’m well equipped to help you do just that. In this new programme, I’ll arm you with all of the tools you need to set goals that feel great, find the motivation you’ve been lacking and take the action needed to make positive change. I’ll help you to find joy in the journey, grow in confidence, and take a personal approach to productivity.
For the last 4 months of the year, you’ll have me in your back pocket cheering you on, so that by the time New Year’s Eve rolls around, you’ve got plenty to celebrate.

Our kick off workshop, where we’ll set the vision for the last stretch of the year
Our half-way check in workshop, which will help you to evaluate your progress and stay focused
Our celebration workshop at the end of the programme, where we’ll come together to celebrate our wins and end the year on a high
12 audio modules (exactly like a podcast) delivered weekly, including prompts, exercise and actions to keep you on track
3 live drop in sessions, giving you the opportunity for extra support and encouragement throughout the last stretch

Who is The Joyful Coach?
I’m so glad you asked! I’m Sophie, and I’m a certified coach and positive psychology practitioner with over 500 hours 1:1 coaching experience. I’m here to support you on your joyful journey with personalised coaching tailored to exactly what you need.
I believe in providing a safe, positive space for you to open up and figure out exactly what will bring you more joy. Our coaching sessions are a judgement-free zone, and my approach is both research-informed and down-to-earth. My goal is always to support you in whatever will help you transform, thrive and flourish.
I’m committed to practicing coaching in an ethical and informed manner and I prioritise my own continued professional development and coaching supervision so that I can always do the best by my clients. I’m also a published researcher in the field of coaching psychology, so you can trust that my practice and approach is always aligned with the most recent knowledge in the field.

The live workshops and drop in sessions will be held on Zoom, and will take place at 8pm UK time. Don’t worry if you’re in another timezone or can’t join us live for another reason, as you’ll be able to access the replay.

If you want to end the year in a different place (mentally, physically or energetically) than you’re in right now, then this is for you.

Yes, there’s the option to either pay in full, or in 4 instalments.
