Taking a break

Just a quick note from me today to let you all know that I’m signing off for the rest of the summer! I’ll be taking a little break to rest, recharge and recalibrate after what has been a crazy and chaotic 6 months, and I’ll be putting my blog, podcast and newsletter on hold while I do that.

I started 2020 with plans to take lots of time off - this is my first full year of being my own boss, and I was excited to be able to plan trips or long weekends without having to book in annual leave first. But of course, those plans changed pretty quickly, and it felt important to me to keep showing up and sharing the positivity and joy at a time when everyone was struggling.

It has been a real privilege to be able to do that, and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know so many of you guys better during these last few months. Seeing so many people prioritising their own happiness during some of the trickiest times has only made me even more excited about and committed to this work. But first, I need a little rest!

We’ll be spending the next few weeks with family at the seaside, where I’ll be reading the stack of books that’s been accumulating at the side of my bed, spending lots of time in nature, and generally living in the moment a little more than I’ve been able to recently. I can’t wait. I know it’s going to be just the tonic I need before life gets even busier again come the autumn.

I’ll be back in September with plenty of new joyful content, and I’ll also be opening up some 1:1 coaching spots for the last few months of the year (be sure to add your name to the waiting list if you wanna bag one of them!), but until then, I hope you all have a really lovely rest of your summer. Slow down and soak it up, and make tonnes of happy memories.

And if you wanna keep in touch, come over and follow me on Instagram - although, a disclaimer: I can’t promise that I won’t be spamming you all with beach photos...
